We are engaged in manufacturing and exporting of sterilization wraps that conforms to ISO 11607:2006 (Packaging for terminally sterilized medical devices). Prepared using quality fabric SMMS (Spunbond, melt blown, melt blown, spunbon) it offers high level of protection against fluids, particulate and microbial contamination. Further, our sterilization wraps are known for smooth surface, puncture & tear resistance, anti-static, drape ability, permeability and low linting attributes.

Surgeine Sterilization wraps are made from fabrics SMMS :- (Spunbond + Meltblown +Meltblown + Spunbond) that provide high level of protection against Fluids, Particulate & Microbial Contamination.

Surface :- Smooth surface pattern allows adhesive tape to stick better, providing a strong seal.

Strength :- Stronger material provides more resistance to punctures and tears, keeping packaged contents sterile.

Anti-Static :- Coating prevents workers from repeated static “shocks” while wrapping. This is also a safety precautions against oxygen-rich OR environments.

Drapeability :- “Surgeine” Wrap allows for wrapped items to be tightly packed, reducing the chance of external contamination to penetrate through gaps.

Permeability :- Gaseous Sterilants allows steam and Ethylene oxide sterilization compatible.

Low Linting :- To reduce the risk of operating theatre contamination.

Packaging :- Packed in international standard cartons and labelled with all information regarding colour, size & type. To prevent from dust particulate and for easy identifications.
Surgeine offers three types of sterilization wraps. You can choose from our wide range suits your requirements of wrapping strength and sizes.

REGULAR WRAPS
Surgeine regular strength wraps are ideal for light linen packs, gowns, single basins ans another light to medium weight and size of surgical packs and trays.

HEAVY DUTY WRAPS
This wrap gives you extra strength for your surgical packs and trays. This wraps is suitable for Basin sets, instruments sets, procedure trays and large linen packs.

SUPER HEAVY DUTY WRAPS
Super heavy duty wraps are ideal for packing heavy instruments sets, reactors, drills and another very heavy weight and size of surgical packs and trays.
